From workplace and field operations safety training; to industry- and company-specific employee health & safety (EHS) and wellness initiatives, our team has expertise across all modalities, from virtual learning, instructor led training (ILT), eLearning, hands-on, video, collaborative learning, mobile learning, social learning, to emerging technologies, including augmented, virtual and mixed reality. We have integrated these methods to assure training content, related reference materials and EHS programs are engaging, accurate and accessible — when and where needed. Most recently, RPS has partnered with our customers to enhance, or enable, virtual learning environments to minimize organizational risks, maintain EHS certifications and employee readiness, and promote healthy work environments throughout the pandemic.

Assuring Learning Continuity:

Due to COVID-19, many of our customers had to suspend Instructor-Led-Training (ILT). This caused a backlog of field technicians and new-hires requiring Safety Certifications and re-certifications. We designed Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) courses to minimize risk and assure learning continuity. Our optimum solutions enabled our customers and their employees to remain productive and safe.
