Our board of directors and senior leadership team promote integrity, accountability, transparency and the highest ethical standards. The board's Public Affairs Committee reviews our policies and practices relating to regulatory compliance (except financial matters), and social responsibility, and recommends appropriate actions. The committee's purview includes environmental protection, health and safety of employees, ethics, charitable contributions and community relations, and government contracting and defense procurement policies. Among the practices overseen by the committee is a comprehensive program that teaches employees about ethical decision-making — and provides them with accessible resources when they have questions or need advice.

As such, we play a vital role in protecting the sovereignty of nations and the safety and security of armed service members and citizens. As a manufacturer and systems integrator, we embrace sustainability and incorporate it into our planning, decision-making and day-to-day operations. We continue to invest in new technologies that improve efficiency, reduce costs and natural resource consumption, and optimize space in our facilities. And we are also working with our supply chain partners to share our knowledge and encourage sustainability initiatives.
