RPS has brought Virtual Classroom Training (VCT) to the cutting edge by providing interactive training, streamed live and directly to learners. Live VCT combines the best attributes of instructor-based classroom training and online automotive training. Learners have direct access to communicate with the trainer via a message board functionality that is responded to instantly.

The Raytheon Automotive Technical Curriculum features an adaptive learning approach that targets the needs of service technicians from entry level up through intermediate and advanced levels. Our curriculum combines computer-based training with traditional instructor-led training to deliver the right kind of training at the right time to meet technician’s learning needs. Placement assessment tests enable experienced technicians to “test out” of certain course components by demonstrating their knowledge and/or skills via completion of online tests. The Raytheon Automotive Technical Curriculum is an award-winning approach proven effective in training more than 80,000 technicians.

RPS is an ASE-certified Continuing Automotive Service Education (CASE) provider. CASE is a voluntary ASE certification program for training entities providing continuing education to working automotive service technicians. The Raytheon Automotive Technical Curriculum aligns its technical curriculum with ASE Education Foundation standards and objectives.
