PEO-STRI Omnibus Contract II (STOC II)
The U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation’s (PEO-STRI) Omnibus Contract II (STOC II) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that supports a key PEO-STRI initiative: advance Department of Defense and the U.S. Army’s efforts to create interoperable live, virtual and constructive solutions to enhance training and testing capabilities. The contract has a ceiling of $17.5 billion with a base ordering period and three (3) option ordering periods, resulting in a total potential ordering period of 10 years.

To provide PEO STRI with the ability to procure a broad range of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and Instrumentation solutions in support of Customer training and testing requirements. These solutions will include procurement and/or services support of training and testing simulators, simulations, systems/devices, instrumentation systems, telecommunications systems, experimentation, targets, gaming, advanced simulation concepts, and open architecture, and common part and component solutions.
