Customer Service and Business Apprenticeships are some of the most popular and desirable programmes in the country. Our instructors work directly with our apprentices to provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring, to assure personal and professional development. RPS also provides job placement services for each apprentice to secure entry-level positions. We also assist employers to recruit and select candidates to fill essential job openings.

Upon successful completion of the programme, apprentices have options to pursue advanced degrees to progress to higher levels qualification in management, or functional roles, such as accounting or marketing.

Customer Service Apprenticeship (Level 2):

Customer Service Apprenticeships are designed to build the skills needed to become a valuable member of the customer service team. This Apprenticeship is the right choice for young people who are enthusiastic, motivated, have good communication skills and like to deal with customers. By the end of the Apprenticeship programme, your Apprentice will have achieved:

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills Math Level 2
  • Functional Skills English Level 2

Customer Service Apprenticeship (Level 3):

This programme focuses on improving organisations performance by enhancing understanding and implementation of customer service. Apprentices will gain a thorough understanding of customer service to improve service delivery, including the rules relating to this area of operations. By the end of the Apprenticeship programme, your Apprentice will have achieved:

  • Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills Math Level 2
  • Functional Skills English Level 2
