One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.
OASIS is a family of seven separate government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and six NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.

SCOPE
To provide total integrated solutions for a multitude of professional service based requirements on a global basis. Will be able to provide both commercial and non-commercial services. Designed to support any and all mission spaces to include, but are not limited to the following:
- Protection and Defense: Protecting American interests at home and abroad through security and diplomacy.
- Quality of Life: Improving the quality of life for Americans and others throughout the world.
- Commerce: Maintaining and improving commerce and economic growth, stability and prosperity in America.
- Natural Resources: Protecting America’s great outdoors and natural resources.
Regardless of the particular area of expertise or mission space of the agency originating the requirement, OASIS may be used to support and/or improve an organization’s Program Management, Management Consulting, Engineering, Scientific, Logistics, and Financial disciplines that span all life cycle phases for a total integrated solution.

Pool 1 – Consists of Engineering Services, Human Resources Consulting, Environmental Consulting, Scientific and Technical Consulting, and Other Management consulting Services
Pool 3 – Consists of Engineering for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons, and Engineering for Naval Architecture
Pool 4 – Consists of Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences
Pool 5A – Consists of Research and Development in Aircraft Parts, and Auxiliary Equipment, and aircraft Engine Parts
Pool 5B – Consists of Research and Development in space Vehicles and guided Missiles
Pool 6 – Consists of Research and Development in Aircraft
