Product Support Request

This form is for customers who have an existing support contract and are in need of product assistance.

Please type the answer to the following question into the text box:



1 – Refers to the current version number that you are using of the product for which you are asking support.

2 – Refers to the Customer ID that corresponds to your license. In order to determine your Customer ID and License Key:

TDF – In the Main Menu, access Help > About. Your customer ID and License key will be displayed.

MSCT – From the MSCT home directory, enter the command "KEYINFO". Your Customer ID and License key will be displayed.

3 – Refers to the string of unique characters that determine the accessibility of that particular piece of software.
