Through our Energy Champion training, we encourage employees to embrace an energy conservation culture and become change agents both at work and at home. Energy Champions continually seek out energy reduction opportunities, implement concepts, share their enthusiasm and challenge others to be equally proactive.

Beyond the Energy Champion network, in an ongoing effort to keep employees engaged in energy conservation, we encourage employees to become a Raytheon Energy Citizen by passing a short quiz. If they qualify to be a Raytheon Energy Citizen they receive a lapel pin that distinguishes them among their peers, along with a thank-you card for their commitment to energy conservation.
