Modeling Student Interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
Raytheon and Business-Higher Education Forum (BHEF) have partnered to produce the first ever simulation and modeling tool for the U.S. STEM education system. This tool, known as the U.S. STEM Education Model, enables researchers, policy-makers and educators to explore policy scenarios that can strengthen U.S. STEM education and workforce outcomes.
Honors and Recognition
The U.S. STEM Education Model has recently been honored by the National Consortium for Continuous Improvement in Higher Education (NCCI) with the 2012 Leveraging Excellence Award. The award recognizes initiatives that scale effective higher education innovations beyond one department, campus or institution for leveraged impact.
