Raytheon Employee Involvement
One small act can make a big difference in someone's life. One afternoon spent mentoring a class could inspire a student to pursue a career in engineering or science; one afternoon spent cleaning up the local park could give countless children a safe place to play with their friends; and one afternoon spent serving ice cream at the local Veterans association could show our American heroes how grateful we are for their service. Raytheon’s program, iVolunteer, encourages employees to get involved in their communities and also showcases the generous efforts that take place across the company.

Employees across Raytheon donate their time and talent to make a difference in the lives of others. They are involved in a variety of activities with a focus on STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education initiatives; support of America’s armed services; and local projects in the communities in which they live and work.

Check out some of the organizations our employees have supported across the country. You can also follow us via Twitter @MathMovesU and @Raytheon to see what our employees are doing in the community.
