Making a Difference in Our Communities
Whether it’s bringing STEM to life in a classroom, helping veterans prepare for their first civilian job interviews, or cleaning up local parks and rivers, Raytheon employees take pride in giving back to their local communities. In 2012, Raytheon employee volunteers clocked 15% more volunteer hours than they had the year prior. Their volunteer time included supporting more than 200 MathMovesU events across the country, such as Explore Engineering Day, Science of Sports Science Fair, MATHCOUNTS National Competition and National Engineers Week.
In a sprawling campus of laboratories and offices in northern Massachusetts, Raytheon engineers work on some of the defense industry's most difficult technical problems.
