Raytheon believes in its responsibility to give back to our nation’s servicemen and women; we value the commitment these warfighters demonstrate every day to protect our country. As part of the company's armed services support program, Raytheon commits resources toward veteran employment programs; volunteerism and giving among employees; and sponsorship of key programs.

Raytheon's five-year, $2.5 million grant commitment to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) exemplifies the company’s armed services support efforts. Raytheon’s support will enable expansion of the WWP’s Economic Empowerment initiative, including the Warriors to Work program and Transition Training Academy, which delivers resources that help injured servicemen and women develop skills for a successful transition to the civilian workforce.

Employee Involvement

A key component of Raytheon's community engagement is employee volunteering, which connects employees to volunteer opportunities supporting such great organizations as:
