Logistics Operations Contract (LOC)

The LOC contract provides support to NASA in the areas of supply, property and equipment, transportation and special support services at the Johnson Space Center, Ellington Field and the Sonny Carter Training Facility.

As a subcontractor to L&M Technologies RTSC provides human resources in the areas of safety and quality, warehouse support and the loadmasters (computations of center of gravity, weight and balance, fuel distribution and onboard payloads) for the Super Guppy aircraft.
