Contact us about Hi-Con Training.
As a global leader in learning solutions for more than 90 years, Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) has helped organizations like NASA, the FAA and the U.S. military transform workforce training. We have consistently raised the standards for training in high consequence environments—and we’ve taken a giant leap forward.
Continuing with our commitment to smarter and safer workforces, RPS partnered with Petrofac, a global training provider in the oil-and-gas industry, to create Hi-Con Training at the Neutral Buoyancy Lab (NBL) at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. This unique partnership leverages the best practices of Raytheon and Petrofac to ensure organizations build a workforce with the confidence and wherewithal to act quickly and effectively during a crisis.
Our training programs include hands-on instruction at NASA’s world-renowned NBL. Once used exclusively for astronaut training, the massive 40-foot-deep pool is now home to Hi-Con Training, offering a highly realistic underwater environment, ideal for training offshore oil-and-gas personnel.
Hi-Con Training’s survival training includes: Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET), Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET), Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET) and Major Emergency Management (MEM), among others. Approved by the Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization (OPITO), Hi-Con Training at NASA’s facility helps meet the growing demand for internationally recognized survival training. Train your workforce to be safer and more efficient.
