Full time individual trained to lead complex projects and train/coach/mentor others in Raytheon Six Sigma™ activity.

Responsibilities include:

• Leads team members in all phases of Raytheon Six Sigma projects, including business assessment, operational analysis, process stability, process improvement and control systems
  
  
• Educates team members in the R6s principles, process and tools
  
  
• Ensures that project is completed in accordance with specified operational/financial objectives and goals within the project’s Contract for Change
  
  
• Ensures establishment of project plan, schedule, budget, resource requirements and performance standards.
  
  
• Exerts influence within affected organizations to achieve targeted improvements (e.g., reduction of waste and variability)
  
  
• Imparts knowledge of R6s principles and process for future use within the organization
  
  
• Trains Specialists and others as needed
  
  
• Coaches and mentors Specialists and Experts-in-Training
