NGA, TASER - Total Application Services for Enterprise Requirements

The National Geospacial Agency (NGA) Total Application Services for Enterprise Requirements (TASER) provides rapid research and implementation of innovative solutions to meet emerging geospacial intelligence requirements. NGA established this contract vehicle to investigate, deploy, and sustain these new technical solutions and to provide software application sustainment services for some existing capabilities. TASER is a Single Agency, Multiple Award Contract.

What Is the Scope?

Engineering Trade Studies and Application Sustainment functional categories:

Engineering Trade Studies: Assesses current and future NGA requirements using analytical methods and processes to evaluate benefits, costs, mission impacts, system impacts, and organizational impacts. Evaluations are utilized to develop recommendations for NGA.

Application Sustainment: Establishes and maintains a software maintenance capability to support resolution and provide updates and upgrades to NGA application software. Coordinates the delivery and provides Tier 2 and 3 support for software applications.

How Does It Work

Step 1: NGA issues a task order to all Primes on the TASER IDIQ

Step 2: Raytheon will notify all teammates of the task order - requesting a response within 24 hours with interest and capabilities.

Step 3: Task Orders usually have a 14-30 day response window.

Step 4: NGA will make an award on Task Order responses, as applicable.
