Navy, Research (ONR) - InTop - Integrated Topside Program

Navy, Research (ONR) - Integrated Topside is an Innovative Naval Prototype (INP) program to develop multifunction ADMs (Advanced Development Models), subsequent EDMs (Engineering Development Models), and LRIP (Low Rate Initial Production) of component systems of the InTop system of systems on various naval platforms. The objective is to develop affordable, scalable open architecture RF sensor systems combining early warning EW (Early Warning), radar, and communications capabilities. Task orders will cover study, design, fabrication, integration, and test and evaluation (T&E) efforts.

What Is the Scope?

How Does It Work 

Industry day announcements and task order solicitations are e-mailed from ONR to all prime contractors. If interested in the opportunity, contractors submit proposals. Award of task order is made to successful contractor.
