Raytheon's Presence at AUSA 2008
Raytheon is a major exhibitor at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition, taking place Oct. 6-8, 2008, in Washington, D.C. This annual event is the world's largest landpower forum and brings together America's Army (active, guard and reserve), retirees, family members and civilians. It provides an excellent opportunity for Raytheon to showcase the company's commitment to providing the Army with a wide array of proven and emerging technology solutions that directly support the warfighter in being the best prepared to operate across the full spectrum of conflict.
In advance of the event, Raytheon is conducting a detailed briefing for key media representatives that will highlight the company’s capabilities involving force protection, situational awareness and logistics. This briefing will include significant news updates from all of Raytheon's six businesses and will be presented by Maj. Gen. John Urias, U.S. Army (ret.), Raytheon's vice president for Force Application Programs, with support from various subject matter experts.
Additional information regarding Raytheon’s core market capabilities in Sensing, Effects, C3I and Mission Support will be highlighted in the company's booth on the AUSA show floor.
