The 2007 Dubai Air Show opened Sunday, November 11. From its intitial roster of 200 exhibitors in 1989, the Dubai Airshow has grown to more than 700 exhibitors and 35,000 attendees at the 2005 event. Featuring 850 exhibitors from 50 countries this year, it is considered one of the top-tier aviation shows in the world after the Paris Air Show and Farnborough.
Raytheon had a strong representation at this year's show; its Missiles Systems and Space and Airborne Systems businesses featured a number of new products and capabilities.
