At this year’s Army Aviation Association of America Professional Forum and Exposition, Raytheon has its full spectrum of army aviation capabilities on display, reflecting the company’s strong presence in every battlespace domain. In keeping with the show’s theme, “Full Spectrum Aviation: Resilient and Adaptive for the Future Security Environment,” Raytheon is showcasing its extensive portfolio of innovative technologies and capabilities that address the mission requirements of U.S. Army aviators and their partners around the globe.
From advanced sensors to precision effects to network and communication support, Raytheon’s exhibit emphasizes its reputation as a company where “Customer Success is our Mission.”
Advanced sensing solutions for the U.S. Army customer include one of Raytheon’s Multi-Spectral Targeting System family of sensors, the Common Sensor Payload. CSP systems support U.S. Army troops engaged in overseas operations as they work to maintain stable civil environments.
Raytheon’s Advanced Distributed Aperture System is a multisensor system and combined helmet display that provide U.S. Army rotor wing pilots full 360° situational awareness in daylight and total darkness.
In the precision effects suite of solutions, Raytheon will prominently feature the Raytheon Boeing Joint Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM). The Raytheon-Boeing JAGM features a fully integrated tri-mode seeker incorporating semiactive laser, uncooled imaging infrared and millimeter wave guidance. The weapon leverages proven components from other Raytheon and Boeing programs, including the Raytheon Small Diameter Bomb II and previous Boeing-fielded launchers.
