| Raytheon’s Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) is located in 47 areas in the United States. A big feature of TDWR is that it can actually look inside storms and measure dangerous wind shifts, such as those linked to windshear and tornadoes, which pose a threat to aircraft during take-off and landing. |
