Raytheon’s 2005 corporate stewardship report, Focused on Stewardship, provides a detailed look at how the company’s dedication to corporate citizenship has supported employees, the greater Raytheon community and the environment over the past year.

The report details the many stewardship initiatives — both within the workplace and in the community — that hallmark the company’s commitment to social responsibility, integrity, inclusiveness and education. Specifically of note are the company’s 2005 corporate giving programs, established to make a lasting impact on two areas of national importance: natural disaster recovery and improving math and science education for young students nationwide.

To enhance readability and make this year’s report easy to reference, each initiative is organized into one of the following seven stewardship areas: Ethics; Global Health Resources; Environmental, Health and Safety; Energy; Supply Chain Diversity; Diversity and Corporate Giving.
