RTSC Highlighted in Raytheon Company’s Selection to 2010 Top Simulation and Training Companies List
Military Training Technology (MT2) magazine selected Raytheon Company as one of its Top Simulation and Training Companies for 2010. Raytheon also received a red ribbon for Best Program, which recognizes Raytheon as a company that had been involved with or led a program that is “revolutionizing military training.”
The list appears in Issue 5 (September) of the magazine.
Companies included on the list are from around the world and have made a significant impact on the military training industry across the spectrum of technologies and services.
“These companies’ products allow service men and women to train and rehearse for missions in theater, or to prepare for deployment at home station,” the magazine’s editors wrote. “Those that have made the most significant contributions to the training community are recognized with ribbons.”
Mike Edwards, vice president of Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC’s Warfighter Support Services, accepted the Best Program ribbon with Jayne Talbot, acting Director of Command & Simulation Solutions of Raytheon’s Network Centric Systems business. Both RTSC and NCS were highlighted in the magazine’s write-up for the recognition.
