Raytheon recently received four awards and was named best overall at the 13th Annual Corporate University Xchange Excellence and Innovation Awards. Corporate University Xchange is a leading provider of organizational learning, talent development and education. Awards were presented in various categories, with three levels of excellence recognized in each category. In addition to being named best overall, Raytheon received awards in the categories of Alignment, Alliances, Launching and Leadership Development.
Raytheon was recognized for its advanced learning programs, commitment to talent development and learning at all levels of the organization, and robust leadership development architecture. This is the third consecutive year Raytheon has received awards from Corporate University Xchange.
The Corporate University Xchange Awards for Excellence and Innovation, currently in their thirteenth year, are the longest running independent evaluation of corporate learning and talent programs. The awards recognize corporate, government and non-profit learning organizations that improve both business and employee performance through Alignment, Alliances, Branding, Launching, Leadership Development, Learning Technology and Measurement. A panel of independent, expert judges from companies including GE Energy, Ernst and Young, and McCain Foods scored the award applications.
