Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) was named the No. 1 training outsource provider in HRO Today magazine’s “Baker’s Dozen in Learning” for the third consecutive year.

Gary Bragar, the director of human resources outsourcing programs for research and advisory firm Nelson Hall, said “RPS stands out for its ability to provide effective blended learning programs while reducing costs and improving learning experiences for its clients. This award is an acknowledgement from their customers of the value RPS provides in helping them achieve their business goals."

The magazine’s annual Baker’s Dozen customer satisfaction survey asks buyers about their experience with their training service providers. It measures satisfaction and solicits information about the breadth and quality of service provided and the size of the contract.
