For developers looking for a way to create and sell their apps to a broad government market, the Appsmart™ marketplace is the answer.
Raytheon is reaching out to third-party developers to help fulfill the need to get innovative capabilities to users rapidly.
In its beta form now, a future version of the Appsmart market will allow third-party developers to use Raytheon’s software developers’ kit to create and upload apps for sale to our customers. Raytheon will protect intellectual property and developers can profit.
Because the Appsmart marketplace is based on market forces, financial performance is based on how well received apps are by Appsmart buyers. It’s a performance-based system that encourages innovation.
