Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) was named the number one training outsource provider by HRO Today magazine in a feature titled "The Baker's Dozen in Learning."
RPS was recognized for designing, implementing and managing large training engagements in both the commercial and military sectors. The list recognized companies that provide solutions that are "highly evolved and incorporate cutting-edge technology, industry-leading best practices and deep domain expertise."
Even more noteworthy is the fact that the magazine's list was compiled through customer feedback. The rankings are based on results from an anonymous, online survey distributed to buyers in the learning industry regarding their experience with their current service provider. The survey measured customer satisfaction in relation to scope and size of the contract.
“I believe this ranking is a powerful statement by our customers that they are pleased with our performance and are finding significant value through our partnership,” said David Letts, RPS vice president and general manager. “I also think it says we’re an organization potential clients will want to seriously consider when thinking about the outsourcing of training activities.”
This first-place award concludes a year’s worth of high marks for Raytheon from industry insiders. RPS has ranked first for two consecutive years as the number one training provider in the Black Book HRO: Training & Learning Services and as a top tier provider by business process outsourcing analyst firm Nelson Hall.
