RPS Voted #1 Training Outsourcing Provider for Second Consecutive Year

For the second year in a row, the Black Book of Outsourcing has ranked Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) as the No. 1 training outsourcing provider.
The Black Book of Outsourcing has ranked outsourcing service providers each year since 2004. This year's results were derived from data collected via an Internet-based survey available from March through May. The invited respondants were officers at Fortune 2000 and Inc. 500 companies, previous survey participants and members of professional organizations. Survey participants were asked to evaluate providers on 26 key performance indicators. Of the more than 4,500 providers available for review, RPS came out on top in the HRO: Training & Learning Services category.
Also, in a recent report titled “Learning Services Outsourcing - Accelerating the Learning Curve,” research firm The Everest Group reported that in terms of revenue, RPS is the world's second largest training outsourcing provider behind Accenture Learning. Other RPS competitors appearing in the report include IBM Learning, General Physics, ACS Learning and RWD Technologies.
