RPS Named Learning Industry Leader by Top Research and Advisory Firm

Raytheon Professional Services was named an industry leader by research and advisory firm Nelson Hall. The firm's 2010 "Targeting Learning Business Process Outsourcing Report" positioned RPS favorably among 25 competitors in the learning business process outsourcing (LBPO) market.

Nelson Hall defines LBPO as the management of core multi-vendor learning administration services by a third party that provides other critical learning functions. LBPO consists of the traditional "four towers" of learning services: content, administration, delivery and technology.

"Raytheon Professional Services stands out among the top tier players in the global LBPO market for its ability to provide effective blended learning programs while reducing costs and improving learning experiences for its customers across all four towers," said Gary Bragar, director of Nelson Hall's human resources outsourcing program.

RPS was also named one of the top tier LBPO market leaders for its strong learning management system and its ability to provide learning analytics to demonstrate customer return on investment.
