Raytheon Professional Services wins Silver Award from Brandon Hall Research

Raytheon Professional Services received a Silver Award from Brandon Hall Research for the European sales curriculum it designed, developed, deployed and manages on behalf of General Motors’ Opel/Vauxhall brand in Europe. RPS EMEA won the award in the Best Results of a Learning Programme category.

The sales curriculum is one element of a broader service offering RPS provides to sales consultants at General Motors dealerships in Europe. It is designed to improve the performance of sales consultants and support implementation of the company’s European sales strategy. In addition, the sales consultants can use the program to successfully address the challenges of the current automotive market.

“Our approach provides sales consultants high quality, consistent training relevant to their local markets while achieving the cost benefits of a centralized solution,” said George Nimmo, RPS EMEA managing director.

The sales curriculum RPS provides to Opel/Vauxhall is delivered across Europe in 34 countries and 22 languages.

Brandon Hall’s annual Excellence in Learning Awards programme is now in its twelfth year. It is the first recognition program dedicated entirely to the e-learning industry.
