On October 22, Fortune 500 executives and Washington insiders will attend the third annual Pink Magazine Conference in Washington, D.C. According to the publisher and editor, the event is designed to bring together a few select influential business leaders — all of whom just happen to be women.
During an hour-long panel discussion, the focus will be on discovering life/balance solutions, building career success stories and learning valuable business lessons. For the audience of 300 or so, it’s an opportunity to get inspired over lunch.
Raytheon’s Pamela Wickham, vice president of corporate affairs and communications, will participate on this year’s panel along with Elaine Sugimura, president of Alpargatas USA, Lissette Mondello, assistant secretary, public and intergovernmental affairs at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Jacqueline Welch, vice president of employee and organizational effectiveness for Rock-Tenn Co. The moderator will be author and lecturer Ronna Lichtenberg. The luncheon conference gets underway with a reception at 11:30 a.m.
