The June issue of C4ISR Journal includes an interview with Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems President Lynn Dugle. In the Q&A titled "Intel Catalyst," Lynn emphasizes the strengths of Raytheon IIS and also describes her role as a "catalyst" to help Raytheon's intelligence experts look at problems in new ways.
She also discusses the importance of her various leadership roles and how her range of experience throughout the organization will take IIS to the next level. Lynn talks about our cybersecurity, weather efforts and identity control and management, among other topics as well.

Mark Bigham, director of business development for Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems' Defense and Civil Mission Solutions, was recently quoted about common ground control systems in C4ISR Journal in an article titled “Ground Plan.”
Mark discusses the importance of a common ground control system, and how Raytheon IIS has an "open" system ready for the government to test and utilize. He also discusses how the acquisition decision memorandum from former defense acquisition chief John Young paved the way to overhaul the Pentagon’s development approach for ground control stations.
