IDG's Computerworld Names Raytheon a 2015 Best Place to Work in IT

Raytheon IT professionals gather in the Immersive Design Center in Andover, Massachusetts.  An industry first, the facility is a state-of-the-art visualization center which permits users to influence designs and enable modeling and simulation.

Computerworld has named Raytheon as one of its 100 Best Places to Work in IT for 2015.

The digital magazine, published by IDG, recognized Raytheon for its ability to create an environment that challenges IT staffers, while providing great benefits and compensation. The annual survey names the top 100 work environments for technology professionals. This year’s list marks the ninth time in the last ten years that Raytheon has been named to the list.

The Best Places to Work in IT survey is based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in benefits, career development, training, retention and other categories. Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of IT workers, whose responses factor heavily in determining the rankings.
