Mary Petryszyn, vice president of Civil Security Response Programs for Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems business, is featured in the inaugural edition of IEEE Women in Engineering magazine.

Petryszyn’s profile is part of the issue’s “Iconic Women” theme. In it, she is hailed for her ability to energize future female engineers. “I think the real imperative is not so much keeping girls interested but getting teachers and guidance counselors to recognize this,” said Petryszyn.
