In its first annual "50 Best Internships" list, BusinessWeek Online has ranked Raytheon and its internship program 18th out 50 companies. Last year Raytheon hired 897 interns.

The evaluation and ranking process was based on indicators such as pay, percentage of interns obtaining fulltime jobs and qualitative survey results from interns.
