Raytheon has unveiled a new national print advertising campaign that highlights the company’s diverse employee talent while also emphasizing Raytheon’s strengths in technology and innovation.
"The goal of this campaign is to promote awareness and recognition of Raytheon’s efforts and commitment to inclusiveness," said Raytheon Chief Diversity Officer Hayward Bell. "We feature actual employees in the ads to visually reinforce the diversity of Raytheon as a company."
The full-page, four-color photographic campaign features Raytheon employees from a range of different demographic backgrounds, as well as representation from employee resource groups across the organization, to demonstrate the diversity of talent that exists throughout the company. The associated ad copy promotes the positive impact diversity has on Raytheon’s position as a global technology leader.
The new campaign is scheduled to launch next month and will appear in national top-tier business, minority and engineering-focused publications, including: Asian Enterprise, Black Engineer, Careers and the Disabled, Diversity/Careers in Engineering & Information Technology, Hispanic Engineer, Veterans Enterprise and Women Engineer.
