Raytheon is highlighted in the latest issue of Woman Engineer, a national publication that reaches women engineers through colleges and universities as well as chapters of professional engineering associations.

Rhonda Hayes, IT solutions manager for Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems' Business Application Solutions group, was profiled in the article. Hayes talks about her transition from the architecture field to engineering and the community outreach she found at Raytheon.
