CERRTS is a proven, immersive simulation training system that allows Homeland Security and crisis management staffs to exercise and rehearse in a dynamic and realistic operational environment. CERRTS is designed to support both civilian and military operations at the regional, state, providence, county, and municipal levels.

CERRTS is a PC based, computer simulation for exercising and rehearsing Homeland Security and Emergency Management staffs in crisis management and response. It provides Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Incident/Unified Command personnel with the stimulus to drive exercises and rehearsals in a realistic, stress-filled and operational environment. CERRTS is scalable, adaptable, rapidly fieldable and it can be configured for a wide variety of exercise levels. CERRTS is designed to support various levels of training at regional, state/province, county, municipal, and Civil Military Operations (CMO). Its scenario-generation tools and Windows-based menus are quick and easy to use.
