Raytheon’s solution is the Integrated Logistics Support and Products business area within Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) LLC. ILSP specializes in Mission Support, including base and range operations, maintenance and repair, and RESET for military and commercial customers and offers the following services:
- Remanufacture, overhaul or repair of secondary reparables
- Repair of electronic, communication, radar and other systems
- Manufacturing of out-of-production weapon system components
- Warranty protection for remanufactured items
- Warranty management services for customer owned OEM assets
- Field team support (mobile and on-site)

- A catalogue of services and products offered by Raytheon
- A method for customers to request quotes and place orders
- Total visibility of Milstrip requisitions (open & filled orders)
- Total visibility of assets under warranty
- Capability to send and receive standard EDI Transactions
