United Space Alliance (USA) Space Program Operations Contract (SPOC)

The NASA requires modifications to the Space Station Training Facility (SSTF) to add the Regenerative Environmental Control and Life Support System (R-ECLSS) and Node 3 training capabilities. SSTF development, sustaining and maintenance responsibilities are provided by United Space Alliance (USA). 

RTSC is a subcontractor to USA to provide lead system engineering and software development support for the R-ECLSS and Node 3 projects.  RTSC also provides SSTF sustaining support upon request.
