Strategic Solutions in Global Integrated Sensors represent classified and unclassified capabilities in situational awareness, command and control, robotics and microelectronics. Solipsys is a Raytheon-owned subsidiary whose products are now part of the Raytheon brand.
Athena
Athena is a network centric, multi-domain command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) system for high performance situational awareness, integration, analysis and knowledge management. By exploiting information from global sources — including sensors, databases and intelligence — Athena delivers persistent surveillance, situational awareness and anomaly detection aids to reduce operator workload.
Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment (RAID)
The RAID system employs a variety of platforms and sensor suites to provide unprecedented elevated persistent surveillance (EPS) in support of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance needs. The RAID system supports a variety of missions ranging from force protection to force projection to border surveillance. EPS is achieved through use of fixed mast, expeditionary tower, mobile tower or aerostat platforms.
