Raytheon Precision Manufacturing (RPM) provides complex, precision mechanical products and services supporting both Raytheon and external customers through two ultra-precision manufacturing facilities. The Lemmon Avenue facility located in Dallas, Texas is dedicated to production. It has 348KSF with 500 people and produces 380K parts per year. The Rapid Response facility for prototyping located in McKinney, Texas, has 30KSF with 100 employees, and produces 40K parts annually.

A renowned technical team provides strategic advantage to RPM customers. Key personnel support critical metallurgical, complex machining, coating, and assembly requirements from product design and development through production. Procurement services deliver raw material, investment castings, forgings and outsourcing at competitive pricing.

Assets including 150 CNC machining and inspection equipment with capacities to 168” x 78” x 24” form the backbone of operations and are capable of machining and inspecting complex, ultra-precision products from castings, forgings, and raw stock. Automated coating and assembly capabilities complement the machining processes and provide the turn-key capability required for complex, precision part manufacturing.

RPM is ISO 9001: 2000, AS9100, and NADCAP certification for Non Destructive Testing (NDT), Chromate Conversion, Passivate, and Anodize processes.
