Raytheon designed, integrated, and installed an operational air traffic control center for the Norwegian CAA in Oslo including 4 remote and 8 autonomous tower displays, training, spares, and an ATC simulator.

The system has 35 control positions and provides enroute and terminal center for the Oslo Flight Information Region.

Gardermoen Tower

The Gardermoen Tower is a state-of-the-art, 14 display, integrated tower system in Oslo delivered in April 1998. This was the FIRST true integrated tower system in the world that combined approach radar, surface radar, ground movement control, apron, and taxiway lighting control.
